Each year, Rick Warren, Chairman and owner of Weldaloy Specialty Forgings, asks employees, their families, and friends to meet with him and/or Andrew Smith (Weldaloy CEO) about the true meaning of Christmas. Each person that meets with Rick receives the good news of Jesus Christ's birth and $100. The meetings allow Rick to chat with employees and get to know them and their families better, and to better understand their needs and challenges, giving guidance on how Rick and Andrew prays for their business family.

Rick’s Christmas Challenge

  1. Read or watch one of the pamphlets/books or DVDs available at Weldaloy’s reception desk.

  2. Reserve meeting time using the calendar below to make your appointment to take Rick’s Christmas Challenge.

  3. Meet for 30 minutes to discuss the material you read or watched. This year’s challenge will be with Andrew Smith and John King.

  4. Each person taking Rick’s Christmas Challenge receives $100.

  5. Qualify to win $1,000. Each employee that completes the Christmas Challenge may share the pamphlets/books/DVD with family and friends, who then can also accept the Christmas Challenge. Once they meet with Andrew and John and receive their $100, the referring employee will be entered in a drawing to win $1,000.00.

    The $1,000 prize drawing is for employees only and will be drawn for approximately every 20 qualifiers. Employees are encouraged to share the Christmas Challenge with as all your family and friends, however, your name will only be entered once in the $1,000 prize drawing.

Rick’s Christmas Challenge will open for appointments later in the fall. Please check back in November.
